Chipotle for lunch!

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share with everyone one of my eating out tricks. I have lost 15.5 pounds so far since I signed up with myfitnesspal.com, but I've lost over 30 pounds in the last two years. 6.5 pounds to my goal, so I'm getting excited.

Anyway, for lunch, I get a Chipotle burrito bowl (chicken or carnitas - the carnitas is only 10 extra calories). I ask for half the rice, black beans, extra veggies, all the salsas except the corn, half cheese, half sour cream, half guac. and lettuce. Believe it or not, this is a delicious and filling lunch, and feels very sinful. Calories are only about 4-500 though.

    I have Chipotle every Saturday for lunch... chicken burrito bowl... I weigh it and eat half and save the other half for dinner or Sunday's lunch. It works for me.

    Chipotle is so yummy! And with getting halves of a lot of different things you're not depriving yourself of anything and it'll add up to make that bowl filled up! :) Thanks for sharing!
