nutrition information

How would I go about finding out nutrition information on generic foods? I bought Big Y domestic lower sodium ham and I can't find it on the data base. So, I went to the store's website and can't find any nutrition information there. Thanks! Cindy

    I find something as close to the item as I can, and err on the more unhealthy side. Most deli meat is fairly similar, so it shouldn't be too hard.

    Also, try googling the item that isn't in the database to see if you can find the info on another website.
