for all the ladies
everytime i get my period i seem to get really bloated and i feel like i NEVER want to do anything. I dont exactly understand why we get bloated. I also am wondering what are some ideas for this.. like what 2 do during the day. and stuff.....

walking helps...Its a low impact exercise and water and hot green tea helps me0

Totally agree. Low-impact exercise works and water always helps. That bloating sensation that you get is I think because all the water you actually hold while you are on your period. It would probably explain the few extra pounds you gain while you are on your period....0
