I had an arthroscopy with a lateral release - he cut my ligament and i've got a really big incision and staples in my knee...ouch! :(

    Hi Lyndyb88:

You can do some chair exercise but keep you knee in mind at all times. Use your arms while sitting in a chair, i.e. over your head, side lifts and you can use weights or soda cans to add resistance.

    Good luck!
