help!

i was really bored and hungry this morning so i ate most of my calories of the day before 12 pm! i only have 585 left for the rest of the day! i'm all made up and i don't have time to workout! what do i do?

    Eat a light lunch and dinner. Try and go for a walk even? a 30 minute walk will probably give you back 100+ calories.
    Drink LOTS of water, it'll help keep you full and no calories.

    thanks! yeah, i already had lunch. that was included, THANK GOD. haha, thanks! i'll use these tips.

    Eat something light in calories for breakfast and dinner such as a lean cuisine or slim fast shake. If you go a little over, don't feel discouraged, just work extra hard tomorrow!

    Your only choice when you don't have many calories...is eat veggies! you have almost 600 left....not to bad.
