So, I know this sounds silly...but ive been curious. I usually drink 20oz bottles of water and usually just count that as 1 cup on this website. Technically a cup is 8oz right?? So then does this mean i should be tracking down 5 cups of water when i drink 2 of those 20oz water bottles?
Just curious...thanks in advance!

Yes, 1 cup is 8 oz. I drink from a 32 oz cup and when I finish one, I log it as 4 cups.0

1 cup = 8oz
I drink out of a 24oz refillable bottle so it counts as 3 cups and I refill it 4 times0 -
8oz in a cup, and be sure to drink at least half ur body weight in ounces of water a day. (if u weigh 200, drink 100oz)0

eight 8 oz. glases are just fine, unless you are exercising and sweating a lot. Then you may want to increase to the "half your weight in ounces"0
