Hi everyone,
Been working out quite hard lately and ending with some core floor exercises. When I go to get up I get this really intense headache tht lingers for a bit. I've tried getting up ridiculously slowly but it still happens. Anyone else ever experienced this or know what I can do about it?
Thanks!

Do you drink enough water?0

Yes. Warmed up before? Also when you can try taking off a couple of days of break, and then exercise again. I used to get those too, especially when I did squats and hurt and annoyed me so much I could barely keep working out. Also make sure you are hydrated during your workouts.0

If you are drinking plenty of water then it could be something as simple as gritting your teeth. This has happened to me so many times. I unconsciously grit my teeth when working out and this gives me a terrible headache. I now make a constant effort not to do it and I don't get headaches. xxx0

hmmm, well its not hydration. I stay really well hydrated. It only occurs when I'm moving from a low position to a sitting/kneeling/standing position. I'll keep searching for answers but thanks for the advice and support anyways!!0
