I am exercising 5 days a week. Usually intervals of running and walking fast, the elliptical or bike for about 45 each time. Eating the amount of calories I should according to MFP and still the weight and inches have not budged! It has been weeks with no change! What is going on? I weigh over 15 pounds more than I did at this time last year- this is not my normal weight!! Why isn't it coming off???? HELP- now I just want to go buy donuts and sit on my (large) butt!!!:explode:

Oh- and strength training twice a week.

Definitely not an expert...but sounds like a plateau. Google that, and you will find great resources and tips on how to break it. I hit mine about 3 months into my weightloss, and I know how frustrated you are. But keep going, don't give up! DON'T SABOTAGE YOURSELF! I am guilty of that too, when you don't see results, it's like, "Who cares!". How are your clothes fitting? Do remember, you may have gained some muscle and lost fat. Do you have a body fat calculator at your disposal?

No calculator, but I have been measuring. I have lost a tiny bit in the waist-probably cause I am not binging everynight. But, that is it!
