FRUCTOSE intolerance??? anyone out there??

Trying to figure out how to eat with a fructose intolerance..... any one out there with fructmal or that has taken the breath test or has met with a dietitian?? anyone? man, it's a tough subject!!! Thanks :) oh yah and i'm lactose intolerant as well!
