I did an online body fat test judging by my, weight, age, hip, thigh, calf and wrist measurement and it said this:

You have 19.4% body fat.

You have 22.3 Pounds of fat and 92.7 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).

Problem is i have no idea what is good and what's not ? Help!
Hope everyones well !

I believe so! 21-23% is "healthy" but I believe I have similar numbers to you and my doctor had no objections. Sounds like you're great. Just remember that this doesn't mean you have 22.3 lbs that you can or should lose- a healthy woman needs some fat. Army standards describe 17-22 lbs of body fat "lean" and 22-25 lbs "normal".
