Low carb snacks

I need ideas for low carb snacks? Suggestions?

    salami chips, radish chips, beet chips - slice them thin and bake them low and slow until crispy

    low fat cheese sticks, surprisingly some hummus is pretty low and with half of a lower carb pita like SaraLee Mr. Pita it's pretty darn good for what it is. Take salami, cream cheese and pepperccinnis (sp?) and roll them up, deviled eggs, hard boiled eggs, beef jerkey, cottage cheese... can you tell I am a snacker???

  • i watch my fat as well and one of my fav is cottage cheese whip in my magic bullet blender with some flavoring and splenda it like a yummy pudding filled with nothing but protein.

    Plain greek yogurt, beef jerkey, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, nuts.
