This is it, I've decided that it's finally time to kick these last 25 pregnancy pounds, and then some!!
I had a little girl last August, gained 60 pounds, and have only been able to lose 40 [and then gained some back =(]
I started the 30 day shred this morning, as well as additional cardio this afternoon, and I am trying my best to eat healthier.
Would love some friends on here to swap stories and successes with!

I just joined a few days ago myself, although I've been making little changes for quite some time. I do the 30 day shred 3 days a week, and do other cardio for the other days. Make sure you don't overdo it and burn yourself out the first week! I try to incorporate exercise into my every day life too, mowing the grass counts, and I'm a nanny, so I try to get the kids outside for playtime anytime I can. It's hard to find the time to exercise and take care of yourself (that's one of the reasons I love the 30 day shred). Good luck!! You can friend request me if you want, we can support each other!0

I'll definitely send you a request!! I want to push myself pretty hard, but I will try not to overdo it I hope I can stay on track and do this every day, while incorporating other exercise/activity in as well.. We'll see how it goes! Hmm, don't tell my fiance that mowing the lawn counts, he'll probably make me start mowing it!! Lol!! Good luck to you as well, I hope we both get the results we're looking for!0

Hi! I've only been on MFP for a few days, but I'm loving it! How did you do like 30 day shred? I can't believe how fast I was sweating!0

I loved it! No other workout has ever left me feeling so energized and so defeated all at the same time!! Apparently I was doing weak workouts before, because I don't normally sweat like that!!!!0
