I burned 6915 calories this week from exercising. I'm just wondering how my burn differs from others!

I always have a hard time guaging mine since I only ever walk, but I'm sure it isn't anywhere NEAR that, lol! Nicely done.0

5 days a week, 60 minutes per day is my minimum to shoot for with a goal of burning 568 calories per 60 minutes
This week I am at 13 hours. Did some hiking, lots of walking, added swimming, etc.0 -
I workout Monday through Saturday for 1 hour and 15-30 min per day. I spend the first 30 min weight lifting and the last 45-60min doing cardio. I wear a heart rate monitor for all my workouts to log calories, heart rate and time. I think i'm getting addicted to it. I have not missed a day, sense November 8th.0

im on 2000 so far probably burn about 500-600 tomorrow. highest calorie burn for a week is only in the 3000s for me though and thats working out 6 days!0

Mine is 7761 via HRM. Yeah I kinda pushed it a bit this week but tomorrow is my off day & am glad for that day of rest! lol
