OK, so I'm really close to doing this. I can cut eating because I've done that before, but I've never - *NEVER* - had a consistent exercise program.

Monday looks like a good day to start.

Yikes. I might just go through with this.

    Good luck! I love the C25K program. You see improvement in your running quickly and it's very motivating!

    I will be on W2D1 Monday morning.. for about the 5th time in 3 years. I have never made it past week two because I ..... ok, I dont have a reason.. only excuses. But this time I have the desire and I love the way I feel when I am done. My bestie is a runner and she desperately wants me to compete with her.. she is my inspiration..

    Find your Inspiration and follow through too! Monday is a great day to start! :bigsmile:

    I just started it again today. It's nice, but don't worry if you can't run the full 60 seconds, sometimes I walk for 2 walks and a run then run again if I am really feeling it. It is good to push, but sometimes know what to push back. It is a great way to relieve some stress too.

    I'm starting Monday too. I keep finding excuses to not do it so I'm telling people. I hope someone will nag me if I don't.
