Hey Guys, my name is Mitch. im 22 years old. Just recently got engaged! I have been a truck driver for almost two years. Needless to say i have put on a few pounds...almost twenty. I quit smoking about two weeks ago, so i feel like a new man. Good luck to everyone!

    Hi Mitch You will love this site .I quit somking 3years ago, It as been great. I feel better....... I can do things with out getting out of breath.GOOD LUCK TO YOU WITH QUITTING SMOKING AND YOUR WEIGHT LOST!
