Serving Size at Spaghetti Warehouse....

went to Spaghetti Warehouse and only ate 1/2 of my spaghetti.... is the entire plate considered one serving? should I log that I ate 1/2? I'm confused!

    i never know how to measure spaghetti...it says 2oz but is it 2oz uncooked or cooked? i have no idea....i just know that a serving of pasta isnt very much at all.

    I'll just log in that I ate 3/4 of it I guess... I'd rather overestimate than underestimate! :)

    I'd personally only do half of what MFP says unless it seems off to you! :)

    It would be uncooked.
