Family reunion... help!
Options
In a few weeks we will be having our family reunion and I have been asked to bring a side dish. We are expecting about 60 family members... This is where I need some help! I need a recipe that is low calorie, will feed lots of people and won't break the bank! Any suggestions are welcome!

I've doubled this and served it over a bed of baby spinach for a group of about 45, maybe triple it for a larger group. Everyone loves it!0 -
