I hit my goal!

I was at 225 back at Xmas. I started out to start eating healthy (wasnt trying to lose weight at that time). After noticing the drop I decided to set a goal of 175. Well yesterday morning I was at 175.2 ( I figured thats close enough lol). My reward for reaching the goal was going to be lunch at my favorite Greek place (used to eat there weekly). Well I had a fantastic lunch there yesterday;) and figured I'd gain a little. Well after spending the day prepping a floor for tile I took a shower and weighed in at 173.2! Mission accomplished:) I think I'll see if I can get down to 165-170 now. I'm happy where I'm at (5'10") but it wouldn't hurt to lose a few more. Either way, I will continue with the healthy eating and exercise. No reason to go back to eating fast food everyday lol.
