Hello! My name is Lane, I turned 30 years old this year and I have a 3 year old son. I started my weight loss journey around 2 weeks ago, started eating better and going to the gym at least 4-5 days a week... and even when I don't go I am doing minimum of 30 minutes of cardio. I already physicaly feel better just since doing that. My first week I lost 8 lbs, which was surprising but made me happy! I found this site and look forward to utilizing all of these awesome tools to assist me... I am loving the app for Blackberry. I am finished making excuses about losing weight, I have a LONG way to go but I am more determined than I have ever been in my entire life!!

welcome. that is a great weightloss. I hope to see those numbers. Grocery shopping was so different today. I hope to get better at eating good things so that posting isn't embarrasing. You can add me as a friend if you want to.

I know what you mean, shopping for groceries is def different but I try to make it as fun as posssible. It's amazing how when you pay attention to labels that you can't believe what you were eating before. I'm loving this challenge though, it's worth it to feel and look better!0
