This afternoon I had some pretty severe pains in my belly that would come and go for close to an hour. I figured it was from all of the fruits & veggies I've been eating. Anyone else go through something like this with a radical diet change?

Well if your body isn't used to this much fresh fruit and veggies, it could be the extra fiber that is making your stomach cramp. That's the only thing I can think of. Hope it isn't too painful:)

Major diet changes of any kind can wreak havoc on your system. If you have just introduced a large quantity of veggies, try reducing the amount back to what it was before and then gradually increasing it. Your system should adjust. Veggies can cause gas. If it does not improve, try something like Beano to prevent gas caused by vegetables.

"Belly" could mean stomach or abdomen, so it is not clear where your pain was.

I get it a lot when I eat more breads or nuts.

Thanks for the input! I took some GasX before bed, and I feel fine this morning! Maybe I'll go pick up some Beano...
