does anyone think this is good for beginners? I've been doing the walk away the pounds DVD and I like them, Im thinking in the next month or so moving onto a different kind of dvd.
How long is each workout and is it doable for a beginner?

YES! It's actually great for beginners I think. I just recently got it myself and have been doing it for the past week. It's only 20 minutes (25 with warm up/cool down) so it's easier to fit it into your busy day! Just have weights (I use 5lb weights). After the first day I was SO sore... but it felt SO good to be sore again! it means you're workin your body
I took a break the 2nd day (because I had an interview I wan't to be able to get through, and sand volleyball I wanted to be able to use my arms! haha) but I picked it back up and continued, which I NEEDED because I was sore and it helped work it out and I felt way better afterwards... it's great! There are 3 levels, so you can switch it up throughout the week (I know you're supposed to switch up your workout routine). Totally do-able for a beginner

I don't really like working out and don't have much stamina but I like 30 day shred. You don't do any one exercise for very long and they give you some modifications for beginners so that helps. It can be hard to do every day though.0

I did 30 day shred for about a month. I was stuck at level 1 for most of that time. I tried to move to level 2 and it was way to difficult for me. It is very stressful on you knees and joints. I ended up switching to walk away the pounds and I love them. I might try to go back to 30DS after I lose some more weight.
Best of luck to you!0 -
Absolutely! It is a great program and has a good modifier for beginners0

I have my day off from Insanity tomorrow so I was thinking of doing 30 Day Shred levels 1, 2, and 3 consecutively tomorrow. I've done level 1 plenty of times, level 2 once, and never done level 3. I can't wait to completely destroy my body. =]0
