I been eating much healthier this past 2 weeks.
I just cut off all fried food, bad carbs & sweets with lots of sugar I didn't chage my food so much. Just added more proteins.
I had a headache for 3 days now. My MIL told me it might be my diet. I just want to know if headaches are normal. this is the first time i get them on a diet. I hate it cuz I can't really do my work out cuz of it and the tylenol doesn't help :explode:

Wow this morning I had one of the worst migrains! Your not alone. Just make sure you drink plenty of water to make sure your not dehydrated! It might be a good idea to take some vitamins too.

It may be withdrawal from these foods, esp. the sugar! Your body becomes dependent! Good luck!

Today is the first day I haven't eaten bread. Just wasn't hungry for it and I have a slight headache. It's enough to make me want to crawl in bed though. Not sure if it correlates or not, but it's a big coincidence.

Yes, drastically cutting off sugar or caffeine can lead to headaches for different reasons. Just keep eating healthy and stick with it - your body will adjust - if it is sugar withdrawal, make sure you are eating small meals/snacks throughout the day, preferably with a little protein, to keep your blood sugar stable.

Check out Dr. Oz's bit on Carbs. Your diet change can DEFINITELY be causing you headaches.

It could be I just started the GNC total lean fast loss and i have been having minor headaches...so I can definitely say your change in diet might be the cause...Also if you workout and your dehydrated that might cause headaches...BTW if you feel hungry try drinking a bottle of water and give 15mins...if your not hungry after that then you were just dehydrated

It happens to me all the time when I cut back on carbs/ sugars. I hate it but I get good results. In fact I was thinking of cutting back more on carbs this week but I am so afraid of those headaches. I think I am just going to bite the bullet though.

My headaches right now are a result of the stupid weather here. Raining...warm...cold...cold...rainy...warm.

But-when I cut down severely on pop, I got headaches.

I would check with your family physician. I have high iron levels in my blood and I experience headaches if I eat too much protein. You will want to rule that out as a cause, just in case!

I hope you don't mean you're going to stop taking your iron? Your doctor prescribed it for a reason. Please check with your doctor before you do this.
