Hey everyone, I was just curious what I should record this as under exercises on here? I did the Full Body Light workout which is about 23 minutes long.

EDIT: The game says I only burned like 35-40 calories which I don't agree with. However, on here, circuit training for 23 minutes says 214 calories. I don't agree with either, so I'm just entering it blindly

    Oh I love that game :)

    I'd record it as 23 minutes of low impact aerobics or calisthenics

    Thank you :) I did it as circuit training, but the game says I burned 40 cal and circuit training her says 214 and I don't really agree with either haha
