What is your calorie break down

Hi All,
I was just wondering how everyone breaks down thier calorie intake for the day. I am on a 1200 cal diet (not adding additional exercise calories) and I was wondering how everyone breaks down thier intake I usually have breakfast, lunch dinner and 1 -3 snacks.
Any feedback will be greatly appricated

I have breakfast, lunch, dinner and at least three snacks as well.0

i eat whenever i'm hungry.

So far its 3 meals 2 snacks but I find that its leaning toward the whole 5-6 small meals through out the day. I'm eating about every 2-3 hours depending on when my day starts. This week I"m gonna try putting more fruis/veggies in just to fill out my meals with better calorie choices...0

I try to eat every 3 hrs. I realize some people cant do that but even if you can keep a serving of pretzels or animal crackers in your purse that will help.0

i eat about 200-300 breakfast, 200-300 lunch, 300-400 dinner and allow the rest for any snacks. i'm on a 1200 diet too0

I am going into maintaining my weight gradually, so i actually eat close to 1800-1900 calories per day (that's including exercise calories) but I'm going to have to up that pretty soon. But I snack and eat meals on a pretty routine basis.
8am Breakfast 300-400 calories
10:30am Snack (usually .5oz of raw almonds) roughly 100 calories
12:30pm Lunch 300-400 calories
3:00pm Snack (granola/yogurt/fruit etc) 200 calories
6:00pm Supper 400-500 calories
8:00pm Snack 200 calories0
