Hi there i only joined a few days ago i see your from England too .Exercise wise im mad on the zumba at the moment im not one to do exercising and i find it a chore but ive been doing 50 minutes to an hour everyday and its making a difference to my shape anyway good luck on your weight loss journey0

I have been doin slim fast 4 the last week n have lost 2.5 pounds u r hungry but if you want 2 loose some weight quick 4 a special occasion it's good 4 that. How much weight do u want 2 loose this app is really good x0
