Advice needed from fellow Zig Zaggers

I just started zig zagging my calories this past week. I entered 3x week work outs on the freedieting.com web site. My question is, do I aim for those zig zag calories as my net calories (if I do burn exercise calories) or my total calories eaten for the day? On most weeks I burn exercise calories 5 plus days a week. Please assist as I am up almost a pound from last week and need to figure out the plan. Thanks!

I was wondering the exact same thing. I was assuming that if you enter how many days you are working out on the website that calculated your zig-zag plan, that you do not log any exercises (as they are already calculated in) and just eat that set amount of calories ......0

Always work in net calories.0

I would suggest trying a different tactic.. Enter in for a sedentary week and compare. If there is a noticable difference, then eat whet the first plan says. If not, then go with sedentary and eat back the calories.0
