Im exercising about 5-6 hours weekly or more and taking in 1260, making little progress, any suggestions?

    you mentioned that you exercised 5-6 hours weekly. Try and do daily management of your exercise and diet. When I first joined I wasn't filling out the food and exercise portion religiously and I wasn't making much progress. When I started to do it daily it was easy to keep track of not going over daily calories (and if I did I'd go for a walk at night just to balance it out) and that is when I started noticing a weight loss.
