Hello,
New to MFP and will be celebrating my 47 b-day in a bit over a month. Ready to make positive changes to my daily life to make my 47th b-day something to really celebrate!

    Hi and welcome!! I turned 51 on April 29 and feel great!!! I started making major changes a couple of years ago and never looked back!!! I try to be a good motivator to all my MFP friends so definitely add me!! I think the more encouragement and motivation the better!!! :smile:

    Turning 42 in a few months. My B'day is my first Goal date. I'd like to be in the 180 pound range by then. I, too, could use a lot of motivation. We can work together and celebrate the little victories along the way!

    Turned 40 at the beginning of last month with new vigour... Feel better than I ever have!
