Turned 25 and in need of a change!

Hi all,

I joined MFP a while a go in the hope that it would help me shift a lot of pounds..! And it did - 7 to be precise!
Then I went on a 3 week holiday...Boston, New York and then a week with the family in Longleat, UK! And all the pounds went on again.. :o(

But, I'm back now and super motivated to work really hard at this, I turned 25 yesterday and I made a decision that I don't want to be unhealthy and fat anymore! I'm aiming to lose 4 - 5 stone in total (50 - 70lbs), but I'm hoping this will come and I get fitter healthier and stronger! Time for change!

I'd really like to find some friends on here to keep me going through the tough times and celebrate the good!
