How to log Jillians NMTZ workout

Hey Guys,
I will be starting the NMTZ by Jillian after I get done with the 30DS (in 30 days) I was told to make the workout as Strength Training…but there are so many options… what should I mark the workout as? I do not have a HRM or I would use that to log.

  • Honestly, I log it as circuit training. May not be the best thing but it's been the best I've found so far!
  • I do it as aerobics general, I pick one that logs fewer cals rather than more or you're just cheating yourself...

    I log all of the JM's workout DVDs as circuit training.
