when you complete logging for the day and it says in 5 weeks time you could weigh ???lbs....................................how accurate is it???? have you got to the weight it says in the 5 weeks???

I was right on last time I checked, but my calories are all over the place so I thinks it was a coincidence for me. If I skipped a day before or after it was a different number. The only way to know for sure is to have every day the same and that is hard to do!0

They are basing it on caloric intake. Its really just math, calories in versus calories burned. A pound is about 3500 calories so based on your daily target they can figure out that you will be reducing your calories enough to hit a certain number within 5 weeks. I would say that its pretty accurate that if your follow your daily calorie target you will lose that amount of weight.0
