ever feel overwhelmed with information?

I've been poking around this forum for a few days and I'm getting anxious with information overload!

Am I eating enough, or too much? Do I 'eat back' my work out calories or not? Am I doing enough?

It doesn't help that I didn't lose any weight this week and I am feeling stuck :(

    I would suggest just work the routine that works for you and put your nose to the grindstone. Keep and upbeat, positive attitude and don't spend so much time worrying about what everyone else is saying.. Just make sure YOU DO the things you have set your mind to...
    Eat right, Drink lots of water, and BURN some calories...
    Don't worry about the rest...
