NSGs?

What are your non-scale goals?
My ultimate NSGs are--
1. <31% Body Fat. (in the acceptable range.... my ultimate goal if I could achieve it someday would be in the "fitness" range!)
2. <30 inch waist.
3. Size 12 jeans or below.
4. Looking great in a bikini.
5. Thighs that don't touch.
6. Overall firmness and non-dimply-ness :laugh:
7. Not feeling "heavy" when I walk/run.
8. Being healthy, permanently.
I'm sure I will come up with more as time goes on

all of those, except the thighs. A woman's thighs should touch, in my opinion. I think Kate Moss and models whose thighs do not touch look awful :sick:0

i'll just go down your list, since most of your goals are so similar to mine!

2. <30 inch waist. ::: same
3. Size 12 jeans or below. ::: mine is a size 10 at New York & Co. i like a midrise bootcut.
4. Looking great in a bikini. ::: i will probably NEVER wear a bikini or a 2-piece, but one of my mini-goals is to look hot in a particular summer dress i bought 4 years ago and have only worn once.
5. Thighs that don't touch. ::: that's not natural. mine is non-jiggly thighs.
6. Overall firmness and non-dimply-ness :laugh: ::: same
7. Not feeling "heavy" when I walk/run. ::: same
8. Being healthy, permanently. ::: same, including being able to chase my grandchildren in thirty years and not having knee problems like my parents currently do.0 -
1) healthy fat % and/or BMI
2) be a size 10/12 pants and a medium top.
3) be comfortable in my own skin again.
4) be able to wear a bathing suit and not be embarrassed.
5) have thighs that dont rub together (or touch) when I walk.
My thighs are over 30in in diameter a piece right now.
6) to be toned and mildly cut...no jiggly bits.)

LOVE this thread...
1) Feel good about myself. I don't have to look like Megan Fox to do that. I just want to be able to put on an outfit without shapewear and feel comfortable and confident.
2) Mud Run
3) Live an active outdoor lifestyle (I already do that to some degree) but I would love to step it up and include some new activities.
4) I can no longer run very much due to a hip injury. I hope that in the future with the combination of me being lighter and stronger and possibly some new medical treatments I will be able to run again. It is something I absolutely love.0
