200 sit up challenge...Please Join me

I have been working on the 200 squat challenge for the last 6 weeks and the 100 push up challenge or the last 4 weeks. Since I only have one day left on my squat challenge I decided to start off with the 200 sit up challenge.

Who wants to join me for this fun 6 week program with the ultimate goal of reaching 200 sit ups in 6 weeks?

I just did my initial test today and eeked out 40 sit ups and that jumps me ahead in the training program to week 3. I will try week 3 on Tuesday. If I feel like it is too hard I will start out on Week 1 instead.

So here is how we will do this. Anyone can join at anytime!!! You will have three work outs a week and you will come here to log them. Here is an easy example W1D1L1 (Week 1, Day 1, Level 1) or W3D2L3 (Week 3, Day 2, Level 3)

    Sit ups W3D1L2: 18, 25, 19, 19, 28 = 109

    Day one was kind of hard but only took 7 minutes and you can do anything for 7 mins right!

    W3D2L2: 21, 28, 21, 21, 29 = 120
