Woot! Walked a mile with no back pain

Hooray! When I first started walking a month ago I could hardly walk around the block and 1/4 the way around my back would start hurting. Then one day I measured the block and it was only .37 miles!

I haven't walked in a few days - bad weather and I've been doing other workouts!

Today after my regular workout I walked around the block and it was easy so I kept going. Ended up walking a mile with no back pain at all! Hooray for health improvements and strengthening your body!
