exercise calories

When you exercise and log it, MFP automatically puts the calories as a deficit. My question is, although you can eat your calories back, does MFP take into account ratios for fat/sodium/potassium/etc that should be the correct amount for the calories you can eat back? Maybe I'm over thinking this, but if I have calories but no increases anywhere else, then I'm going to be over my limits for whatever my amount was before the exercise was even factored in, ya know? Are there any links or posts here that address this?
Please don't turn this into a debate over whether or not you should eat back your exercise calories. That really has nothing to do with my question.
