30 day shred week 1 measurements

These are my before/after measurements after week 1 of 30 day shred (I am on level 1 still).

neck 13==>12.75
chest 32==>31.5
bust 35==>35
waist 31.5==>31
hips 41==>40
thighs 24==>23.5
belly (the part with the mommy pooch) 34==>34
upper arm 13==>12.5

Small changes, so worth it.
Total loss 3.25 inches, total weight loss 2 pounds (maybe... such a small amount it's hard to say and my diet has not been brilliant, barely maintaining).

Current height/weight: 5'4", 147lbs
Workout history. NONE recently, this is the end of my first week. Can't wait to finish it and post before/after pics. Thanks to all the shredders and pics posters, you guys are inspiring.

    Wow for one week that's really good! Well done!!

    I have just completed my 1st day in the Shred, legs are killing me but I'm liking the ache! One question... How do you log each day exercise on here? It doesn't have an option for '30 day shred'.

    Any tips on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for the encouragement! I'm very happy with 30 day shred. I just log the exercise as cardio, 150 calories burned. I'm guessing conservatively based on other people's posts. I'm going to take the circuit training tip and start logging it as that.
