Just Saying Hello

Just wanted to say hello to all in message board land...I am using this app on my phone to track all my calories and exercise...so far a success, but we will see in 5 weeks if I can keep it up.

I am a runner and invite all who run to encourage me...but any exercise is encouraging...I would like to do some weight lifting to sculpt but I am finding it difficult to fit it in my schedule.
