Ingredients
1 banana
Instructions
Peel your banana first.
Cut them into small pieces.
Freeze for just 1-2 hours on a plate.
Blend, blend, blend - scraping down the bowl when they stick.
Enjoy the magic moment when they turn into ice cream!
It turns out that frozen bananas are good for more than just dipping in chocolate. If you freeze a banana until solid, then whiz it up in a blender or food processor, it gets creamy and a little gooey, just like good custard ice cream.

I do this quite often but I add a little milk to it to get the right consistency. If I just blend the frozen banana it goes into little chunks instead of blending nicely. You can also add unsweetened cocoa powder with a tiny bit of honey or agave to make it chocolate ice cream0
