Hello guys

Im having a little "doo dah" moment, maybe its cos im nor the brightest tool in the box, but having been a bit stuck at a plateau for some time, im trying to adjust my goals etc on my profile so it sets a higher cal intake (1500) but i put in 1/2llb a week loss and it only takes me to 1270, which is nowhere near what i want! any ideas, im a bit miffed :-/
