Hi, I ride with my husband and he is a trucker, we have erratic hours, and mostly eat out. We have fresh fruit ,but gets banged up a bit. And shopping is a hit and miss. We have stick cheese, crackers, oatmeal, cottage cheese,nuts,....looking for healtheir snaks and meals and we do eat one meal out a day. And our lifestyle is very sedentary. Looking for friends and support here, using phone to stay in touch here. What would you do? While travelling?

When my husband and I were on the road doing long haul after a couple months we got a refrig for the truck, and made sure we had yogurt, cereal, low fat cheese, bread, cold cuts, bars, fruits, etc.. We did eat out quite a bit too, but tried to make it to subway and walmart as often as we could. Just try to order foods that are grilled or broiled when you do you have to eat out. It's hard, I know, but just keep logging your foods as much possible and stay in your calorie limit... Good luck!0
