I have hit a plateu. been the same weight for the last 2 weeks. should I change up my diet or exercise or both? please help.

    keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. If the scale hasn't moved in 2 weeks it could be because you have gained muscle density. You could try switching up your diet. Since you said you have lost 57 pounds, have you adjusted your calorie intake to reflect that? when you are losing weight you need to keep changing your calorie goals otherwise you will just maintain the weight loss after a certain amount of time/weight.

    Try re-calculating your calorie goals and drinking a LOT of water. Those should help!
