hey I'm not super new but all my friends got deleted I don't know how ;( here is alittle about me ( I have been on here for about a week ) I am 18 and gluten free, hypoglycemic, and dairy free I wantto lose about 30lbs and do it as healthy as possible I don't care how long it takes. I workout 1 -2 times a day with a personal trainer and by myself besides weight loss my bf% goal is 17 right now I am 26. I am also a strict clean eater and have a health blog. Feel free to add

  • Hi, I've been here for about two weeks, but I've been on the diet and exercise ride for about a year now. in the past year ive lost almost 50lbs and i have about 20-25 more till i reach my goal weight (although if I'm happy with what I look like before then ill stop.) alright so about me I'm 19 and a classical voice performance major so yeah...
