30DS, bigger before you get smaller??

Today is day 3 of Level 1 for the Shred, and I was just curious so I took all my measurements again.. My thighs and waist have gotten a bit bigger, but my actual stomach is smaller..

I did have pizza last night [gave in to temptation..] so I guess it's true that it goes right to the thighs!!

Has anyone measured during the 30DS, rather then just before and after? Did your measurements fluctuate?

    I did not measure, but I did take pictures week by week (and only did it 3 days a week in addition to other exercise). I could tell a visual difference in the pictures after the first week. It was really the only motivation that worked.

  • So after a week of only doing the shred 3 times you saw visible results? Or after 7 workouts??

    Hmm, maybe I should take a pic instead of measuring, not sure it's very accurate anyway!!

    I saw results after a literal week (7 days/3 workouts) It wasn't monsterous, but it was success. Hopefully your body will react like mine did... it's huge motivation to keep going!!
