any Celiacs out there?

I have been diagnosed as a Celiac since mid Jan. Due to that I have lost about 15 lbs but only because I am unable to eat so many things. My husband and kids do not eat gluten free so I am on my own here. If there are any other Celiac people out there, please share your recipes and tips. I live too far away from health food stores so most gluten free lines are out of my reach.
