Snack

What does everyone eat for a snack?
I have a difficult time getting 1200 calories a day.. Even with my food diary being full I still have remaining calories, everyday. Sometimes I only get 700-800 calories, I'm not starving I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full but I know this isn't healthy.
I'm trying to get the food part under control before I start burning calories.
Any advice? I'm not trying to screw up my metabolism or anything so I need help. I believe me not being able to get that 1200 calories a day is why I've lost about 5 pounds within a few days.

Nuts or all natural nut butters are great. High in nutrients, healthy fats, fiber and calories. Dry roasted soy beans are also good.0

Find something high in calories in a little bit of food. That way, if you're too full to eat much, you'll still get the calories you need. Maybe toast or popcorn with butter, or a dessert food. If you need something healthier, have some higher calorie fruit, eat some meat (but not turkey cuz that will make you more full than most meats - its great for days when you're close to going over your calories but you're hungry and need protein.) Anyways...yeah, hope that helps a little...0
