If you track on the iphome does it update on the computer

    Yes, it does. Sometimes I have to refresh, but I don't ever have to input the same info again.

    Yes indeed ... I have an iPod touch and so when there is no wifi it lists my updates in a que then to my account whenever I have a connection and vice versa.
