New to the Site

Hey Everyone
I am new to this site I joined cause a friend of mine used it to help her count calories and lose her baby fat after having here first child.
I have been doing a plan for two weeks now and thought it would help me to count calories. One site says for me to eat alot of protein and this site tells me not to eat any where as much. I think I will stick with alot of protein but not as much as the other site. I have lost 4 lbs already and want to lose about 31 more or so. I am using the program for this site on my phone so i can use it on the go at work (i'm a pilot and only work morning and late afternoon) I get the chance to work out half way through the day which is nice.
Any tips or friends would be helpful.
Sometimes i want to let my sugar tooth take over my appetite.

welcome! if you feel you will lose more weight doing a high protein diet then i think that will work for you, just remember to eat the healhty carbs . you will find tons of motivation and great people on this site. MFP has kept me way accountable for what i eat and how i exercise! feel free to add me and good luck!0
