Heya!
How was everyone's week/weekend?
Ok, three weeks have vanished! Where did it go? :sad: I am glad to see you are still here and sticking in there. If you want, you may post numbers here. Or just celebrate in private!
Ok, so with just one more week left, what is our mini-challenge for this week? Well, it’s LAST CHANCE WORKOUT people (always wanted to say that:bigsmile: ) so I think we should double up!!
1. Double your cardio workout for the week. So if you normally do about 30min per day, try to do an hour. Or if you usually do 3hrs for the week, make it six. You know you can find that extra time in there somewhere. And, if not, at least get close.
2. Add a set of 10 squats to your work (even if the workout already included squats!

So my numbers:
Calories burned: 1998
Minutes Exercise 278 (4.6 hours)
Calories consumed: 12717
HW Ratio: 0.87
Ok, so I was nowhere near 3000 calories burned this week! Not sure how the hubby did it. Lost a few inches in the waist tho, sweet!
BUT some big NSV. One, is that I looked up the gym of the hotel we were going on vacation and WENT! Def not something I did or even think of doing before. It was tucked away in the corner, but it was actually nice. And since it is after all a hotel, not too many people were there so I did not feel as self conscious about working out.
Two, I tracked my food the ENTIRE time. Now, this is not to say I did not go way over (who knew Hooters chicken wings were 1000 calories!!:noway: ), but I knew what I was eating at all times. Much different from before.0 -
Hey!! So, I have an NSV....I went to my cousin's bridal shower this past weekend, and not only did I not pig out on the delicious pasta salads and BBQ meatballs, but I also had several people say I looked great! Now, that's not to say I believe them, but it feels good to have someone say "Wow, you look great!" Plus, on the side of the scale....I was down another 4 pounds! And now for my numbers....
Calories burned: 1765
Minutes Exercised: 150
NET calories: 7799
Ratio: 0.92 (I have no clue at all if I'm doing this correctly, but it's down by 0.01)
I was so busy this week that no matter how hard I tried i couldn't get the 3,000 calories burned!! Now I am sick, of course. So I will try my hardest to double my exercise!!!0
