I have been wanting to RUN since I started this journey. My doctors told me I wouldn't be able to run again when I was 13 because of birth defects in my knees. Being a former sprinter, it was devastating to me. Now, 14 years later, I RAN! I did Day 1 of the C25K without stopping and with very little pain! I really truly feel like I'm starting to find myself again! :-D
